Consular Assistance & Case Reporting
If you need consular assistance, or wish to report a consular matter affecting you or another Nigerian — such as a welfare concern, a legal or personal difficulty, or another issue requiring the Consular section's attention — you can request assistance through the High Commission's existing appointment booking system.
This uses the same online booking system already used for passport, visa and other consular appointments. There is no separate form or case-management system to complete.
Book a Consular Appointment
Use the online appointment booking system and select Consular Appointment as your appointment type. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be able to describe your matter to a Consular Officer, who will advise you on the next steps.
